Base pay range $80.00/hr - $110.00/hr Join our team as a Power Platform Solution Architect , where you'll lead the design and delivery of scalable, low-code solutions that drive business transformation. This role blends technical leadership, strategic governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our Power Platform ecosystem is secure, performant, and aligned with enterprise goals. Key Responsibilities Architect Scalable Solutions Design and implement robust Power Platform applications that align with business objectives and IT strategy. Technical Leadership Mentor and guide a team of Power Platform developers, fostering innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. Governance & Standards Define and enforce best practices in solution architecture, application lifecycle management (ALM), and platform governance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver impactful applications. Lifecycle Management Oversee the full lifecycle of Power Platform solutions-from ideation and development to deployment, monitoring, and support. Security & Performance Establish and uphold security protocols, performance benchmarks, and compliance standards across the Power Platform ecosystem.
