Columbus, Ohio client has a contract opportunity for a Microsoft Autopilot Configuration and Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for configuring and deploying Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning and management. Works closely with the project manager and project team to plan and execute the Autopilot implementation project.
****Hybrid work schedule (onsite Tuesdays/Wednesdays thru 9/1; Tue/Wed/Thur after 9/1) and remote the other business days •Location preference is Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN
Experience / Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Autopilot configuration and deployment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11.
  • Strong understanding of device management and provisioning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot configuration.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployment and management.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Experience with device imaging and provisioning processes.
  • General understanding of network configurations and security protocols.
Responsibilities:
Configuration and Implementation
  • Develop and implement Autopilot deployment profiles and policies.
  • Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to integrate Autopilot with existing infrastructure, including Microsoft Intune and Active Directory.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices during deployment (EA and Cyber).
Project Management
  • Help execute project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to the project manager.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Autopilot configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate reports on deployment status, issues, and resolutions.
Ongoing Support and Maintenance (Post Project)
  • Monitor and maintain the Autopilot environment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Autopilot deployments.
  • Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on Autopilot processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest Autopilot features and updates, implementing improvements as needed.
