We are seeking a motivated and experienced

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and ensure effective delivery across development teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Scrum principles and a basic grasp of technical concepts to facilitate effective communication among cross functional team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Guide teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Monitor sprint metrics, including velocity and burndown charts.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Ensure teams follow Agile values, principles, and the Scrum framework.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of basic technical concepts (APIs, version control, cloud, etc.).
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross functional teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification.
- A background in software development or IT is a plus..
