Job Responsibilities

A Program Coordinator manages customer communications, responds to inquiries, coordinates with estimating and design, handles order entry, and ensures projects stay on schedule while providing excellent customer service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong project management experience; industry background in electric signage or construction is helpful.
• BA degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years account management experience.
• High-level customer service and phone etiquette skills.
• Ability to organize numerous details and follow up diligently.

This is an onsite, full-time position based in Jacksonville, TX or Racine, WI, working Monday through Friday.
