Job Responsibilities Lead in the administration and configuration of AWS services. Design and enable interfaces for DevOps builds and release management, including CI/CD pipelines for applications. Provide functional and technical expertise on applications and interfaces. Engage with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment of applications. Design comprehensive monitoring solutions and perform remediation using operations tools, including ITSM ticketing platforms. Assist product owners in systems analysis and documentation of all business processes. Participate in technical design meetings with enterprise and application architects. Maintain a strong understanding of application architecture, failure modes, and development processes. Ensure 24x7 application operations, including incident, change, and capacity management. Work within the SAFe Agile framework and participate in sprint planning. Support multiple roles across the software development lifecycle. Requirements Conduct daily scrums, technical clinics, and governance ceremonies with the DevOps team. Support production and application maintenance as needed. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to present concepts and recommendations to management. Must Have 7+ years of broad-based IT experience, including at least 2+ years in AWS cloud. Good understanding of AWS infrastructure services and their limitations. Experience building and deploying containers on cloud platforms using automated CI/CD pipelines. Experience monitoring applications and handling scaling scenarios, especially in Azure. Knowledge of application monitoring tools like Application Insights. Proven ability to optimize provisioning of environments on AWS. Strong understanding of security, authentication, and SSO across cloud and on-premise environments. Experience implementing DevOps models on AWS. Experience evaluating products and creating IT roadmaps for adoption. End-to-end automation experience. At least 3+ years working in an Agile team. Application development background with large-scale web applications experience is advantageous. Knowledge of industry-standard cloud authentication mechanisms like OAuth and OpenID is preferred. Experience with deployment orchestration, automation, and security configuration management is preferred. Experience with service-oriented architecture for cloud services.
