QED Hospitality is a restaurant operations management group, focused on running Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels and exclusive sites nationally.

This position will take orders, prepare and deliver food and beverage orders to hotel guests, ensuring prompt and correct delivery of items. Individuals applying for this position should be capable of working independently, as the majority of the shift will be ran individually with the hotel overnight team as support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with all menu items, including wine and spirits.
- Responsible for entering order into the POS system, preparing the check and delivering the check along with the food order.
- During down time, the IRD Server will clear, clean and reset the station, as well as maintaining standard overnight sidework.
Qualifications:
Required : Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work overnight shifts. Must possess excellent communication and time-management skills and be willing to work as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred : High school diploma or GED.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the restaurant. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have a manual dexterity and coordination to operate restaurant and office equipment and machines. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
