We are seeking a poised, experienced Maître d’ to lead our front-of-house team and deliver world-class hospitality. As the first and last impression of the restaurant, you will be responsible for curating a seamless guest experience, managing nightly service, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with warmth, confidence, and efficiency
Manage reservations and optimize seating flow using Resy
Coordinate floor operations and service pacing with the kitchen
Lead daily pre-service briefings and oversee FOH staff performance
Handle guest concerns with discretion and elegance
Maintain guest notes and ensure personalized service for regulars and VIPs
Uphold and represent the restaurant’s brand and values at all times
Qualifications:
3+ years in a lead FOH role, preferably in a Michelin or fine dining environment
Impeccable communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Deep understanding of hospitality, service standards, and guest psychology
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
