Reports unusual findings to nurse.Assists with turning and repositioning patients as needed.Reports to RN any abnormal vital signs, skin breakdown, decline in mentation or other observed changes,Enters data into computer system.Places telemetry electrodes accurately when ordered.Collects urine and stool specimens for lab, runs guiac testingJob Requirements:Current Washington State Nursing Assistant CertificationCurrent American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification3 to 6 months previous CNA experience preferredHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. preferredJoin our award-winning team and apply today!
