Core Responsibilities:Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to develop precise estimatesGenerate written proposals for bids and pricingMaintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor, material, and equipment costsEnsure understanding of local, city, and state building codesMentor and manage project engineers and assistant estimators to support their professional growthContinuously enhance your knowledge across product lines: drywall, acoustical, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8), and specialties (Div 10)What We're Looking For Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting preferred2+ years as an Assistant Estimator, or 5-7 years of overall estimating experience Skills & Success Traits:Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and pressureHighly organized with attention to detailSelf-starter with strong motivation and accountabilityCommitted to professional excellence and team collaboration Additional Requirements:Must successfully complete a criminal background checkMust sign a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement (this is not a non-compete)Ready to Build What's Next?Join Our Client and be part of a company that supports your success, values your input, and offers the opportunity to make an impact-on your projects and your career.
