Position Description
This role involves applying analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, analyzing requirements, status, budgets, and schedules. Responsibilities include performing management, technical, and business case analyses, collecting and interpreting data related to aircraft, weapons, and project acquisition and development. Tracking program status and schedules, and applying government processes for documentation, change control, and data management are essential. Experience with international program management, foreign disclosure review processes, and policy is required. The role supports Cooperative Program Managers and Team Leads in managing FMS and Cooperative casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, ITAR, and DoD policies.
Requirements
Education
- MA/MS degree in a relevant technical field.
- Alternatively, a Bachelors Degree plus two years of relevant experience, or an Associates Degree plus four years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience without a degree.
Experience
- Over 10 years of relevant experience.
- Desired: Experience with security cooperation programs, international program policy, foreign disclosure review, export compliance, and international agreement management. Skills in process management, training, and briefing leadership are also desired.
Security Clearance
- Active TS//SCI clearance with current background investigation preferred.
- At minimum, active Top-Secret clearance with current background investigation required.
