Job Summary As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you’ll be the face of Restore – welcoming clients, helping them discover our services, and making every experience exceptional. If you're a natural team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for people and wellness, this role was made for you.
Responsibilities
Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
Greet and assist clients with Restore’s wellness services
Use a consultative sales approach to understand client goals and recommend personalized solutions
Conduct tours and confidently present membership and service package options
Educate clients on the benefits, protocols, and safety of our services
Manage client check-ins, scheduling, and onboarding (including waivers and profile creation)
Answer calls, return voicemails, and assist with booking/rescheduling
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Execute opening/closing duties and day-to-day operations
Embody Restore’s mission, values, and Hyper Wellness® lifestyle
Contribute to a fun, high-energy team culture where everyone feels seen and supported
Qualifications
1+ year of retail, hospitality, or sales experience. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
Comfort with consultative selling and goal-oriented performance
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others
Willingness to work weekends (we promise, it’s fun here!)
