About the Role
A well-established and rapidly expanding advisory firm specializing in tax and accounting services is seeking a skilled Senior Client Advisor to lead a team of professionals responsible for client fulfillment, compliance, and strategic advisement. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing teams, overseeing client accounts, and driving process improvements in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients, serving as a key point of contact for service delivery Lead a seasonal team of tax and accounting professionals, including oversight of daily operations, workflow, and capacity planning Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings and financial reporting in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Review tax and accounting deliverables for quality, accuracy, and adherence to firm standards Stay current on changes in tax laws and implement necessary process adjustments Coordinate communication between clients and internal technical staff Support client advisory efforts by identifying service opportunities and areas for optimization Oversee training and professional development within the assigned team Manage internal reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking for assigned accounts Monitor risk exposure and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place Participate in firm-wide planning, client meetings, and strategic discussions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field CPA or EA designation required Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or tax Experience managing teams and overseeing multiple client accounts Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and corporate finance Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience with international accounting or audit Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts Interest in continuous learning and staying current with industry changes
