Handle inbound/outbound calls using a dialer system
Assist customers with billing questions and payment follow-up
Help monitor and manage overdue accounts
Research account issues and apply adjustments
Open and sort incoming AR mail
What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
Entry-level or call center experience welcomed
Prior AR or collections experience a plus but not required
Willingness to learn and grow in a professional setting
