This role offers the chance to develop operational skills through involvement in high-profile deals across the US. The team specializes in creating value through structured merger and acquisition services, including due diligence, integration management, synergy realization, and post-close execution.
Responsibilities include leading workstreams within the Integration Management Office, managing client engagements, and driving operational improvements across various functions such as finance, HR, supply chain, and IT.
Qualifications
5-8+ years of consulting experience in merger integration, business transformation, or change management.
Experience leading work streams and deep functional expertise in areas like finance, HR, supply chain, or sales.
MBA preferred.
Excellent communication skills, initiative, and ability to travel up to 75%.
