REQUIREMENTS Seeking a technology specialist or patent agent with a Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology or immunology. Applicants should have strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the areas of molecular biology, immunology, immuno-oncology, genetics, and agricultural biotechnology would be particularly useful. A successful candidate who is not a registered patent agent will be expected to take and to pass the USPTO registration exam within a year of their start date. Candidates are encouraged to review the USPTO eligibility criteria prior to applying.
