to join a thriving company in North Houston. The
Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative
will be responsible for being the liaison between the company's current and potential customers to resolve issues, complaints, and inquiries.

Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate:
$15.00-$17.00/hour Benefits : Excellent benefits are available after the successful completion of the temporary period
Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow scripts when handling various topics Identify customers needs, information, and research issues to provide solutions and/or alternatives Upsell products when presented with the opportunity Build relations and engage customers by exceeding their expectations Keep accurate and detailed records of all conversations in the database Attend training to improve knowledge and performance level Meet and exceed goals Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Adaptable and flexible team player willing to go the extra mile Computer proficiency Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative Education and Experience:
1-2 years in a customer support/call center role is highly preferred Experience meeting or exceeding quotas highly desired Experience working with a CRM system is highly desired A minimum of a high school diploma is required Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative
