Accounting Manager Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls. Support external audits by preparing documentation and addressing queries. Develop and implement accounting policies to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with the finance team to align reporting processes with organizational objectives. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of experience in accounting Manufacturing experience required (CPG experience a plus) Experience within SAP S4Hana a plus What's on Offer
