Loan Operations Specialist
Our client is a leading financial institution that provides financial and investment services and solutions to individual, corporate, and institutional clients in Kuwait, the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, the United Kingdom, and internationally. Job Description
The job involves structuring loans in the banks operating system, generating payment instructions, entering fees and amortization schedules, and communicating changes in the loan principle/interest with clients. It also includes transactional support with counterparties and account officers, maintaining syndicated loan balances and reports, and reviewing and validating loan documentation. The role requires preparation of monthly reports, follow-up correspondence with counterparties and agents for loan activity, and reconciliation of all relevant suspense accounts. Additionally, it involves maintaining daily statistics, adhering to loan processing policies, and ensuring compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations. The position also includes treasury operations daily processing competency and completing assignments and projects as required by the manager.
