A growing Home Care business is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team

- overseeing quality of care for assigned clients and supporting our clinical efforts.

Responsibilities may include supervising/training CNAs and Certified Home Health

Aides, advocating internally/in the community for our clients, conducting

assessments, addressing client's clinical needs, authoring and monitoring care

plans, on-boarding new clients, and more. We are looking for a nurse who can

convey their high clinical standards to deliver best-in-class in-home care.

Per Diem: flexible hours, per assigned client's needs. Some hours may include

evening and weekend work. May increase to part-time into the fall and winter.

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Experience:

Working with elders and/or disabled populations: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Massachusetts RN License (Required)

Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
