Program Manager
Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to lead complex IT programs comprising multiple interrelated projects across ERP systems, facilities technology, applications, and infrastructure. This role is responsible for managing an entire IT portfolio, driving stakeholder alignment, and mastering resource planning across a dynamic delivery landscape. This person will be responsible for overseeing the collection of IT projects, executive updates, and lead end to end resource planning including forecasting, allocation, onboarding, and offboarding. Skills and requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT Program or Portfolio Management Proven success managing complex, multi-disciplinary technology initiatives in a large environment Experience managing resources on projects, scheduling projects into the project plans, and prioritizing project Demonstrated expertise in resource modeling, workforce planning, and project lifecycle management Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders Experience managing a team of PMO Project Managers Experience with program management tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise infrastructure Certification in PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) a plus
