Manage lease accounting activities, including schedules, reconciliations, and ASC 842 compliance Oversee accrued liabilities and expense tracking with proper cutoff and analysis Support payroll and bonus accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations Lead monthly close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Maintain accounting documentation and support SOX compliance and audit readiness Collaborate on system improvements and automation initiatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred or in progress 3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably with technical accounting or controllership focus Background in public accounting, ideally with Big 4 experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP and lease accounting standards (ASC 842) Experience with SOX compliance and audit processes What's on Offer
