Project Superintendent
The Project Superintendent will provide supervision for the complete daily operation of the project. The Superintendent is responsible for interfacing with owners, architects, the city, and subcontractors from the beginning phases of construction through turnover and closeout. The main focus is to manage the schedule, quality, and safety in order to keep the project moving forward quickly and efficiently. BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred Experience with ground up garden style multifamily projects is required Experience with ground up podium style multifamily projects is preferred Min 5 years of experience within the construction industry Have a proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites A great positive attitude and strong management ability Ability to meet deadlines Strong communication skills is required Proficient in Procore and Microsoft platforms is required OSHA 10 is required What's on Offer
