As the Senior Financial Analyst you will support all areas of the business. Provide Analytics, Forecasting and Modeling for the different departments. Work with operations to provide insight for improvements. Oversee the job costing and P&L's for various parts of the business including operations, manufacturing and R&D. Provide general accounting support across AP, AR, and Month End close. Ad-hoc projects from the Controller and CFO. As the Senior Financial Analyst you will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting. Have experience with Analysis and Accounting from a manufacturing environment. Have five plus years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience. Strong systems experience across a variety of ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel. Ability to show initiative and make impactful decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. This role is on site in Santa Barbara, CA; this role could potentially go hybrid after 3-6 months. What's on Offer
The salary for this Senior Financial Analyst position will be $110,000 - $130,000 per annum. Full comprehensive benefits package and discretionary bonus. Fast career growth for the right individual.
