PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate accurate, up-to-date knowledge of content and Illinois State Standards Provide service to elementary age children with identified speech/language needs Participate in team meetings Conduct evaluations of students as needed Implement speech and language components of students' Individual Educational Plans (IEPs) Assessment of speech and language needs Participate in annual reviews and individual education plan meetings

QUALIFICATIONS: Letters of application Recommendations and/or references Ability to work as a team member and previous experience with children is preferred. Must hold, or be eligible for, a valid Illinois Speech/Language Pathology Teaching Certificate. A Master's Degree is preferred. Past experience teaching the specific class will be considered first. If no previous teaching experience in the specific class, recent coursework or student teaching in the subject will be considered.
Salary:
$228.97/day - No other benefits
