Oracle Cloud EPM Architect
The Company has undertaken a multi-phase implementation of an Oracle Cloud system through 2024 covering both ERP and EPM applications. This position is a hands-on role, responsible for the ongoing development, configuration, implementation, enhancement, testing, administration, and support of the Company's Oracle Cloud EPM applications, as well as other Oracle Cloud applications as needed. This position will work closely with the Director of Financial Systems and partner with key members of the Finance department in the specified business areas to ensure that the maximum value is obtained from the Oracle Cloud EPM system responding to business required enhancements and priorities, identifying areas for improvement through deep understanding of the individual applications and also providing a high level of day to day support to keep all applications running smoothly. Major/Key Job Duties: The Oracle Cloud EPM Architect is responsible for all aspects of the Oracle Cloud EPM solution including requirements analysis, design, configuration, integration, (assisting) User Acceptance testing, reports, solutions maintenance, and support with a primary focus on the Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). Secondary focus aids on other Oracle Cloud EPM areas when needed (e.g. Electronic Data Management Service (EDMS), Financial Consolidation, and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)) along with potential support for the Oracle Cloud ERP footprint as well. Responsible for implementation of new functionality, enhancements to existing functionality, identification of technical and functional gaps in the current business processes, and recommendations on how to leverage the Oracle Cloud EPM solution to fill such gaps to improve overall business efficiency. Provides support to business users including timely issue resolution, root cause analysis, managing Service Requests with Oracle, and working with IT department and/or third part consultants as required. Monitors appropriate systems scheduled tasks and related interfaces to ensure accuracy and integrity of data. Works with IT department as required on interfaces with external applications. Assists with regular (monthly/quarterly) upgrade testing as needed. Manages internal controls compliance and system security including user accounts, permissions and access rights, and approval workflows. Manages and helps to develop training materials and assists in ongoing training for business users. Performs all other duties as assigned.
