We're seeking a
Senior Technical Program Manager
with a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills to drive complex, cross-functional programs within a fast-paced, cloud-based environment. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, requiring fluency in infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, and data.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders across business units and technical teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful program execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in agile, high-growth environments.
Top Technical Must Haves:
Proven experience managing programs in a cloud-native or SaaS environment:
you understand the complexities, velocity, and scale that come with modern cloud ecosystems. Strong grasp of enterprise business technology (BT):
including infrastructure, security, business applications, and data architecture, enabling you to connect technical execution with business outcomes. Familiarity with key enterprise platforms:
such as NetSuite, Workday, Coupa, Anaplan, and others. Deep expertise is not required, but you should understand their purpose and role within a modern enterprise stack.

permitted by client - must be able to work W2 without sponsorship.
Rate : $85-90 / hour
Hybrid : 2-3 days a week onsite in downtown San Francisco
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, supporting multiple stakeholder groups Own key deliverables, drive execution, track dependencies, and proactively manage risks to meet business goals Facilitate alignment across teams and leadership via SteerCo discussions, team syncs, and technical design reviews Champion process improvements and operational excellence in agile and SaaS environments Use data and KPIs to measure progress and drive accountability Apply hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models, adapting to fit team and project needs
QUALIFICATIONS
7-8+ years of program/project management experience in a cloud/SaaS environment Deep understanding of business technology infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, and data landscapes Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and dependencies across distributed teams, acting with a high degree of autonomy Experience influencing without authority and driving outcomes across all levels of the organization Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc. General awareness of enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, Anaplan, Boomi, Conga, Kyriba, etc. - functional exposure is sufficient Proven experience leading executive-level steering committees and driving strategic decisions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Background that includes at least 4 years of hands-on technical experience prior to or alongside program management
Nice to haves: PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications (CSM, A-CSM, etc.) Experience building collaborative team environments and driving culture Demonstrated ability to operate in high-growth, rapidly evolving environments with minimal structure
