The Multifamily Superintendent - Richmond, VA will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring quality work from all subcontractors Coordinating field activities across trades to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and in full compliance with plans, specs, codes, and safety standards Communicating key project updates to project management and leadership teams Participating in weekly meetings with subcontractors, architects, and owners Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, compliant jobsite Tracking manpower, maintaining daily logs, and supporting field documentation Assisting with quality control checks to ensure standards are met Supporting look-ahead scheduling and field coordination Managing material deliveries and ensuring timely, accurate installations Verifying all work aligns with approved submittals and contract requirements Partnering with the Project Manager to maintain an up-to-date project schedule that reflects real-time progress and goals MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Multifamily Superintendent - Richmond, VA will have: Minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry Proven ability to lead projects independently from groundbreaking through closeout Prior experience in multifamily construction is a must Demonstrated success managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+ Proficient with project management tools such as Procore or similar platforms Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities on fast-paced sites What's On Offer
