Commercial Superintendent
This client is seeking a Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction on K12 projects in Austin, Texas. The candidate will be responsible for all onsite activities of a construction project ranging from start-up to punch-out, including: Coaching subcontractors on safe construction practices Quality control, ensuring all subcontractor deficiencies are corrected Maintaining the project schedule and establishing the critical path for subs and vendors Facilitating and encouraging subcontractor coordination Working with design team and owner to overcome challenges / unforeseen conditions Reviewing all drawings, specifications and submittals Daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
