4Sight specializes in specifically multi-family & affordable housing (and anything associated with these neighborhoods such as clubhouses and pools). Two years ago they were actually awarded every affordable housing project in the KC area. The average project size they do is $10-40M. They do not self-perform anything, bring in subcontractors. Job Description

Oversee daily job site activities, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. Enforce safety protocols, quality control measures, and compliance with local codes. Manage construction schedules, ensure milestones are met, and proactively address delays. Work closely with project managers and clients to maintain clear communication and expectations. Lead on-site meetings and maintain thorough documentation (RFIs, daily logs, photos, etc.). Troubleshoot field issues and resolve conflicts with speed and professionalism. Ensure site cleanliness, material storage, and logistics are consistently organized and efficient. Represent the company culture with integrity, accountability, and leadership. 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Willingness and ability to travel nationally and stay on-site for the duration of projects. Strong knowledge of ground-up and interior construction methods and sequencing. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (Microsoft Project or similar). Solid communication and leadership skills-able to motivate teams and maintain client confidence. Experience working on retail, commercial, hospitality, or quick-turnaround projects a strong plus. Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and shop drawings. What's on Offer

Bonuses are 15%-20% -Full benefits (health, vision, and dental) -Car allowance and millage -Per diem - pay for lodging (will rent an apartment or air b&b), and travel expenses -Supers can go home every weekend. It is a 3-4 drive from Tulsa to KC. They finish at the job at 4 on Friday's and can be home by 8pm to KC. They will provide accommodations to get back and forth for the weekend.
