Facilitate team development in communication, safety, technical skills, problem solving and resolution through encouraging employee ownership, humility, and accountability. Collaborate effectively with supervisors to support team development and foster a cohesive working environment, actively contributing to the growth and development of their teams. Fully utilize work process to develop job plans, track work completion, and promote preventive and predictive maintenance. Facility team development and growth while reviewing and managing performance. Identify contributions and missed opportunities. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment. Proven track record in coaching, counseling, and developing employees through performance management and change management as it relates to our PBM culture. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both with employees and across departments. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn other relevant programs for maintaining records, data, documentation, and reporting. Ability to work night shifts and other assigned shifts, with a flexible schedule as needed. Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment, which may include extended periods in noisy, non-airconditioned, or unheated areas. Commitment to work safely and adhere to all safety rules and regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). What Will Put You Ahead Experience in a wood products manufacturing environment. 5 or more years of supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment. Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
SAP, MP2, ActivePlant. Bachelor's Degree or higher in industrial, mechanical, electrical engineering or a similar discipline.
