Night Shift Emergency Veterinary Technician
VCA Animal Emergency Hospital Southeast Calder Road is looking for a Night Shift Emergency Veterinary Technician (Full-time and Part Time) to join their one-of-a-kind Emergency and Critical Care Hospital! Schedule: 4x10s, weekends, and holidays required. Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Location: 1108 Gulf Fwy S Suite 280 League City, TX 77573 Veterinary Technician Experience required. Emergency experience preferred. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift over 30 pounds without assistance. Must be able to place IV Catheters, surgery monitoring, triage emergency cases, manage hospitalized cases, communicate efficiently with doctors and staff, calculate drug dosing, administer medications via injection, oral, and topical routes. Standard hospital cleaning duties. Follow hospital checklists and protocols. Maintain highest standard of patient care. Our hospital has been serving the Bay Area near Houston for over 20 years. Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging. Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for boarded and hospitalized pets.
