Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Understand customer technical requirements and collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver tailored solutions. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and product presentations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules in alignment with company objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports. Represent TOPY Precision at industry trade shows, customer visits, and technical meetings. Technical aptitude and the ability to understand engineered components. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
