Provide high-level administrative and legal support to one Equity Member Attorney. Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, legal documents, wills, trusts, and estate planning documents. Maintain and organize client files, both electronic and physical. Manage attorney's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate client appointments. Handle time entry, billing assistance, and expense reporting. Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisors, and outside counsel. Assist with document filing and retrieval, including document production and execution. Ensure sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and care. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Trusts & Estates. Strong knowledge of estate planning and probate procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), document management systems, and time entry software. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Professional demeanor and discretion when interacting with high-net-worth clients. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently. What's On Offer
