Flexographic Press Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Schedule: Monday Thursday, 3:00 PM 1:30 AM Pay: $32/hr We are hiring two experienced Flexographic Press Operators to join a fast-paced, quality-focused production team. Ideal candidates will bring at least 2 years of hands-on Flexo press operation experience. If youre someone who takes pride in running high-quality jobs, keeps things moving with urgency, and shows up ready to work wed love to hear from you. What Youll Do:
Set up and operate Flexo presses to precise specifications (up to 6-color jobs) Read and follow CAD drawings, work instructions, and product travelers Perform plate mounting, die cutting, registration, matrix removal, and ink matching (Pantone/spectrophotometer) Troubleshoot issues related to print quality, web path, and mechanical adjustments Record production and quality data accurately Perform routine press maintenance Communicate effectively during shift changes and with supervisors What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of direct Roll-Fed Flexographic operation In-line printing experience (laminating, die cutting, slitting, etc.) Ability to work from CAD drawings and follow work instructions Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety Solid attendance record and a positive, team-oriented attitude Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency Experience with Mark Andy Flexo machines is highly preferred but not required! Bonus if you have: Offset printing experience, Experience with SPC or Lean Manufacturing principles Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 50 lbs regularly Able to stand for long periods and perform hands-on, mechanical work Why This Role?
