Class A Truck Driver
Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in Brownstown, MI for a temp-to-hire opportunity! Pay rate is $23 per hour with OT after 40 hours. Scheduled days will vary until trained. This is third shift starting at 7PM working 10-12 hours per day. Position Overview: -Delivering hospital linen at multiple medical facilities. -Un/loading laundry carts. -Establish professional relationships with customers and provide quality customer service. -Operating the company vehicle safely and responsibly. -Complete all necessary paperwork. Miscellaneous: -This is a touch freight position. Must be able to push/pull laundry carts weighing up to 700 lbs. -Must be available to drive nights, weekends, and holidays. Driver will be trained on various routes. -Excellent customer service skills are required. -Proper and thorough Pre and Post trips are crucial. -Must be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive. -Must have knowledge of DOT regulations, Electronic Logging Devices, and Hours of Service rules. Qualifications: -Valid CDL Class A License. -At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience. -Valid DOT Medical Card. -Clean MVR. -Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. -Clean Criminal Background. -No Clearinghouse violations.
