The client company is a premier real estate development firm specializing in luxury high-rise residential and mixed-use properties. With a reputation for excellence and a portfolio that includes some of the most iconic structures in South Florida, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for a landmark luxury high-rise project exceeding $100 million in value. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all field operations, including subcontractor management, quality control, and site logistics. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain construction schedules and resolve field issues. Monitor safety compliance and enforce site-specific safety protocols and OSHA standards. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, inspections, schedules, and punch lists. Communicate effectively with ownership teams, consultants, and internal departments to ensure alignment and project transparency. Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to keep the project on track. Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule parameters. Required Qualifications: Local to Miami or South Fort Lauderdale - Familiarity with regional construction codes, climate challenges, and workforce preferred. Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Required for effective communication with diverse teams and subcontractor base. Minimum 7 years of superintendent experience on luxury high-rise residential or mixed-use projects. Demonstrated success managing ground-up construction of high-rise projects valued at $100 million or more. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, structural elements, and finishes common in high-end developments. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
