Maintenance Technician
We need two experienced maintenance technicians with a minimum of three to five years in both electrical and mechanical industrial experience as it applies to the packaging industry. Responsibilities include: Perform maintenance, repair, installation, disassembly, and/or removal of machinery Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of packaging equipment during production Perform breakdown maintenance utilizing an extreme sense of urgency Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled by CMMS Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting of production machinery Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs to motors, transformers, sensors, relays, solenoids, drives, transistors, thyristors, etc. Read blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance Investigate OEM and non-OEM parts to assist departments buyer in ordering repair parts Charge labor and spare parts consumption to work orders in CMMS Act as safety champion with the empowerment to stop unsafe acts observed Machinery Responsibilities: Production Lines Roots Blowers (Vacuum & Pressure) Baghouses/Dust Collectors Pneumatic Conveying Equipment Bulk Bag Fillers Motor-Driven & Gravity Conveyors 25 KG Baggers In-Line Check Weigh Scales Palletizers (Robotic and Conventional) In-Line Stretch Wrappers In-Line Stretch Hooders Bag Sewing Heads Rotary Airlocks Printers (Keyence) Facilities Building Structures Plumbing Industrial Sewer Lift Stations Storm Water Drains Fire Protection Lighting 480/240/120 Volt AC Utilities Pallet Inverter Balers Office HVAC Warehouse Racking
