As an ENT Hospitalist APP you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with ear, nose and throat conditions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conducting inpatient assessments, obtaining medial histories, and performing physical examinations Assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of ENT disorders under the supervision of the attending physicians Educating patients on ENT conditions, treatment plans and post-op care Collaborating closely with ENT surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care Participating in rounds, patient consults, and contributing to clinical discussions Schedule Details: 7 on 7 off Campuses Covered: AH Altamonte Springs Call rotation required Knowledge and Skills Required: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and patients. Strong communication skills Strong medical decision-making skills Required Education/Experience: Master's Degree in Physician Assistant (PA-C) Studies or Nursing with (RNFA) certification Current, valid Florida PA or APRN license Certification by NCCPA, ANCC or other nationally recognized certification organization BLS & ACLS Hospital Description: AdventHealth Altamonte Springs was established in 1973 and has grown into the leading health care provider in Seminole County. The 398-bed hospital cares for more than 200,000 patients a year, including 84,000 emergency patients, 23,000 inpatients, 2,500 baby deliveries, approximately 12,000 surgical cases, and 98,171 outpatient procedures.
