The Interim Fetal Heart Echocardiology Manager will be responsible for leading, performing, and diagnosing transthoracic echocardiograms/fetal echocardiograms. The Interim Manager will oversee approximately 5+ FTEs and will focus on ongoing department initiatives including stabilization of workloads, balanced team structure, professional development, and performance optimization. Seeking a strong leader who will be able to effectively deliver conflict management, collaboration, succession planning, and strong leadership to staff members throughout the department while encouraging a collaborative and communicative work environment. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance. Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required. RDCS and/or RCS/RCVT certification is required. Relevant experience is required. Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $155,000 to $165,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
