Duties & Responsibilities
Deep fry, grill, and saut meats, fish, vegetables and other foods Observe and test foods being cooked by tasting, smelling and piercing Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times Manage food inventory Maintain a safe work environment Encourage good customer relations through product promotion Job Requirements:
Culinary experience preferred Exceptional food presentations skills Strong work ethic Ability to lift 30 pounds Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm-8:00pm Benefits:
