1-2 years' experience: $65k-$75k 4-5 years' experience: $90k-$110k Comprehensive benefits package: 401(k) plan, healthcare and dental coverage, profit sharing Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remote Mondays required in-office by 10:00am Bid days encouraged in-person for better collaboration
