The Superintendent's key responsibilities include: Lead the construction team, ensuring efficient project execution within budget. Coordinate schedules and manage subcontractors. Implement modern construction technologies to enhance project efficiency. Maintain a strong focus on quality control and safety compliance. Ensure timely project completion. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the team. The Superintendent should have: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related fields preferred 5+ years of ground up, multifamily project experience MA CSL (REQUIRED) Competant Procore and other tech skills Experience running large, complex projects Strong background and understanding of project financial, budgets, cash flow projects and OCOs. Experience leading a team throughout a project Strong written and verbal communication skills What's on Offer
