Senior Project Manager
Responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and more. Maintain excellent standard of communication with supers, clients, PEs, and others. Managing projects from $10M- $50M in size. Manage projects in the commercial, health care, light-industrial, and DOD spaces. Contribute to a positive and encouraging work environment in a meaningful way. Handle a full ground up job from start to finish. 5-10+ years of PM experience. Multiple years of experience with a General Contractor. Experience with DOD/Federal projects. Strong technical aptitude within the corresponding industries.
