As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will manage the practice of existing Schwab clients, providing wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you’ll grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals. Required Qualifications: A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job. Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen the client relationship by applying a focused client communication strategy, and exceeding client expectations. Strong candidates will also learn to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, your knowledge of the markets, and your ability to inspire action to help your clients progress toward achieving their goals. Openness to managing wealth on behalf of our clients, including: Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning. Ability to adapt and implement change as market and business conditions evolve. Passion for community engagement to share and discuss market conditions, sound investing principles, and ideal wealth and long-term investment strategies with clients.
