Overview

Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Bank’s strategic plan for lending and treasury services for non-profit organizations including private schools and charter schools. The primary responsibility of this position will be business development with a secondary responsibility to support building the process and structure that underlies the program. This includes documenting process to support the entire life cycle - from client acquisition to servicing with an emphasis in outbound marketing efforts. A successful Relationship Manager will build productive relationships across the Bank with risk management, marketing, legal, underwriting, credit, operations, and senior management.

Responsibilities

Source business opportunities to meet sales and retention objectives across private-schools, charter schools and related non-profit organizations across several states Utilize existing Bank products such as tax-exempt lending to leverage new market opportunities Build awareness and connectivity with other areas within the Bank such as credit, legal and operations to create an efficient process Provide background and training to support development and implementation of new products Hire, manage and support staff as needed Provide leadership in the development, execution and management of a comprehensive marketing and sales plan that supports business development objectives and builds brand value for the Bank Provide periodic reporting that ties marketing activity to sales results Help keep transactions on track from inception through documentation and closing Support underwriting work, including credit and financial analysis Assist with loan servicing including tickler system management, collections, financial reporting collection and covenant compliance testing Use sound judgment and experience to troubleshoot servicing challenges Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking services and implementation processes Work with deposit and treasury management operations teams to ensure positive client experience

Qualifications

15+ years of senior level knowledge and experience in financing operations, deposit products, complex treasury products / current technology trends, sales. Demonstrated knowledge of the non-profit and charter school national market, including success in several states Demonstrated knowledge of the state charter school finance structure Must have long standing market relationships that allow for efficient access to deal flow. Demonstrated track record in developing banking products and services Experience in working in a complex banking and/or finance environment Four-year college degree strongly preferred

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $65,000.00/Yr. - USD $220,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Seniority level
