The Senior Information Security Architect is responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting CLEAResult’s computer and network security infrastructure. The Security Architect responds to regulatory changes and evolving threats proactively, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of CLEAResult’s technology and information needs to develop robust security measures. For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… Lead engagement with IT stakeholders, business management, and strategic partners to support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Information Security solutions. Develop Enterprise Architecture principles to align IT security with business strategies and achieve organizational goals. Design and implement security solutions such as IDS, DLP, CASB, and others to enhance security posture. Analyze security breaches to determine root causes and recommend improvements. Research and oversee the installation of tools and measures to reduce security risks. Lead security assessments and collaborate with software development teams to ensure secure software delivery. Design security architectures to mitigate emerging threats. Establish standards and best practices to strengthen the security program. Train staff on security procedures and promote security awareness. Align security standards with business and technology strategies. Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats. Maintain the integrity of security architectures and oversee security enhancements. Research and recommend security tools and upgrades. Develop review processes for project proposals regarding security effectiveness. Share security best practices across the organization. Collaborate with other architect roles to develop scalable, adaptable solutions. Lead the development of security policies, standards, and guidelines. Provide technical leadership and influence organizational security practices. Work with the PMO on project planning and deliverables for IT initiatives. Adhere to IT Service Management controls and create detailed documentation. Support a 24/7 on-call security function. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… Minimum of 10 years of industry experience; 15+ years preferred. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; Master’s degree preferred (cybersecurity specialization a plus). Experience with software development, cloud architecture, vulnerability, and risk management. Knowledge of secure solution design, coding practices, and SDLC. Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, ISO, COBIT. Experience with operating system security models, threat modeling, penetration testing, and security audits. Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel), Threat Intelligence tools, Malware Sandboxing, scripting, and REST APIs. Experience with multi-factor authentication, SSO, identity management technologies. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of security technologies (anti-virus, DLP, IDS, firewalls, etc.) and best practices. Proficiency in risk assessment tools and enterprise security programs. Ability to develop and implement security policies and standards. Extensive knowledge of security operations, architectures, and monitoring tools. Strong communication skills to explain security measures across personnel levels. Certifications Highly desirable certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISSAP, ISSEP. Compensation Range: $123,900 - $185,900 Note: Salary is determined based on experience, skills, certifications, and internal/external market data.
