Job Description Summary:

Oversee a team of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) supporting enterprise applications. To ensure business success by providing strategic implementations, seamless continuous improvements and reliable and superior customer service.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for 10-20 enterprise applications spanning business functions across finance/accounting, HR, operations and business development. Prioritization of requests across multiple business units Management of application support ticket queues Support strategic planning for application management and budget updates ensuring cost-efficiency Resource management across support, enhancement and large company initiatives. Responsible for ensuring adherence to SOX compliance/quarterly reviews Manages the implementation of planned hardware and software changes into production environments. Manages maintenance and refresh activities performed by team members. Clearly communicate the roadmap and outcomes to internal stakeholders Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, translate them into a well-architected solution, and drive project timelines. Partners with development, infrastructure and security teams for delivery of technical solutions. Manage all aspects of vendor relationships from support to SOWs and project delivery.

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field 7+ years of management experience in a technology-focused organization (Team size of 5+) 7+ years of responsibility for SaaS applications, preferably in the construction or energy space. Specific applications include (CMiC, Ramco, Workday) Strong knowledge of enterprise business processes Ability to identify, escalate, and facilitate resolution of issues and risks in a structured manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences Proficiency in interface engineering, security and infrastructure management. Naturally inquisitive, energetic, and solutions-focused You're an excellent collaborator who gathers input from many sources and distills it into a clear action plan, making and communicating trade-off decisions along the way. Adaptable self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Compensation Range:

$123,011.00 - $153,764.00
