What Youll Do: Manage product configurations throughout their lifecycle, ensuring documentation is flawless and up to industry standards. Collaborate across departments, leading the Change Control Board (CCB) and driving strategic alignment. Conduct audits, ensure AS9100 compliance, and champion configuration best practices. Oversee the configuration control process, from engineering drawings to final approvals. Collaborate with Change Management to manage and assess proposed product changes. Analyze reports related to configuration management activities, including status and audit findings. Provide training and guidance to engineering, manufacturing, and support teams. What You Bring: Bachelors degree in engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or related field. 2-5 years in configuration management with aerospace/manufacturing. Proficiency in CM tools, ERP/PLM systems, and an eye for detail. Professional certification in Configuration Management (e.g., CMII) is a plus.
