and available for in-person shoots and meetings as needed.

What You’ll Do

Manage complex photo and video shoots for events and content subscriptions, including: Overseeing timelines, deliverables, and content calendars for high-touch client projects Handling scheduling, client check-ins, and shoot logistics for multi-phase deliverables Coordinating photographer and videographer schedules to ensure smooth production Supporting contracts and administrative tasks tied to large shoots and ongoing client work Prepping for shoot days by booking team members, sending call sheets, and confirming logistics Tracking edits, approvals, and final file delivery for use across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms Optimize systems and processes to improve efficiency and experience: Monitor internal workflows to assess user experience and operational efficiency Identify opportunities to streamline and improve how we work across teams Build structure around new products, creative workflows, and internal systems to support scale Help develop repeatable frameworks—like our

“90 Days of Content in a Day”

model—for consistent delivery and client success Jump in where needed to support team operations: Tackle one-off tasks such as setting up tools, reworking documents, sending contracts, or doing light research Assist with coordinating email campaigns or internal marketing efforts (writing is a plus, but not required)

Room for Growth

This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position as the company continues to expand. Future responsibilities could include: Owning internal marketing strategy , including email campaigns, branded content, and performance tracking Leading brand voice and messaging across platforms Managing long-term client relationships as our new content subscription product scales Expanding team coordination and oversight across additional video, photo, and editing projects If you thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and love building systems that make great content happen, there’s plenty of opportunity to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or agency coordination Background in marketing, content, or communications—especially if you’ve helped bring campaigns or brand strategies to life Some experience leading or owning parts of a creative process, team, or client relationship Comfortable using Slack, Google Drive, Monday.com, Dropbox, and e-signature tools A proactive communicator who can manage details without constant oversight Must be based in the Denver metro area

with availability for local shoots and occasional in-person meetings Bonus points if you have experience with: Video or photo shoot logistics B2B content production Email marketing, social strategy, or digital campaign execution Copywriting
