NOAH is seeking an IT Project Manager to monitor and coordinate multiple IT projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of various teams. The successful candidate will help align NOAH needs and requirements, construct detailed work plans, set critical milestones, and communicate the results across a stakeholder audience. The project specialist is also responsible for scheduling meetings and documenting project decisions. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of IT projects that support our mission of providing exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clinical staff, administrators, and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure alignment of IT solutions with organizational goals. Team Leadership: Manage project team members, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support. Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project delivery. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all IT projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance. Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among stakeholders, project team members, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project status and progress. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records.

Required

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a health care setting. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and other health care IT applications. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
